RE: Tinting Windshield

We tinted our windshield just about an inch past the tint line that is already on there. We are in California and have had no problems. I tell ya, what a difference it makes when the sun hits those spots that the shades don't cover. http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h77/luckycowgirl509/100_1056-1.jpg

RE: How not to wash your moto home

Well...his first mistake was having the coach be backed up by his wi.... Nevermind. :b Do we really gotta go there?? For all we know is that the loving husband backed up the coach, set the brake, hopped out of the drivers seat, got in boat. Wife took over from there! HHHHHhhhhmmmmm, let's see...........does it really matter who was driving?? LOL! I have seen plenty of weird predicaments that have been caused by those same loving husbands. LOL!

RE: How not to wash your moto home

Actually, the launch ramp is on Mission Bay. It is black top. We are thinking that the ramp may have had a build up of algae and because of the weight of the coach, boat/trailer, it began to slide into the water. Wife panicked! I have lived here all my life (48 years) We spend alot of time at the bay and in all those years have never seen anyone launch with a motorhome. Now that isn't to say it hasn't been done while we weren't there but we have never seen it.

LOL! LOL! That's a good one............Danpaine. I know that I would be having a massive coronary if my coach rolled back into the water. WOW! Actually, this is why we DON"T launch with our mh.

Unfortunate consequence.

Go to this web addy: HERE RV makes splash in bay! I guess this is a good reason you don't launch your boat with your motorhome. I truly feel for this guy!

We want to install direct tv!! Help........

I know this subject has probably been beat into the ground but I am not finding the right thread that helps us. We have a King Dome automatic satellite dish. We would like to get Direct tv or some other service that you all can recommend to be able to use this dish. We are getting a huge runaround at Direct tv. They are telling us that we need some kind of converter. Huh??? How do we go about getting this done? We do not want satellite service in our home, just the RV. We were told we could do this and pay just a monthly fee for the service when we use it. Can someone give us some suggestions on how to go about getting this done?? Please............. Thanks
